Our Process
Excavation to Bearing
We excavate to undisturbed bearing soil at the correct depth — no shortcuts that lead to settling or shifting.
Forming & Layout
Forms are set to exact engineer specifications. Grade pins, rebar, and drainage are placed before any concrete is poured.
Pour & Finish
Concrete is placed, consolidated, and finished to the required specification — structural or decorative, interior or exterior.
Backfill & Drainage
Once cured, we backfill, compact, and establish proper grade to direct water away from the structure permanently.
FAQ
What types of foundations do you pour?
We handle poured concrete strip footings, full foundation walls, slab-on-grade, and garage pads — for both residential and light commercial applications.
How long before we can build on the foundation?
Standard concrete reaches sufficient strength in 7 days for most loads, and full design strength at 28 days. We advise based on your specific pour and conditions.
Do you handle waterproofing?
We apply foundation damp-proofing and install drainage tile as part of our foundation packages. Full waterproofing systems are coordinated with our preferred trade partners.
